Method 1: Order directly online

1) Selecting a lab-grown diamond

- It is recommended to visit this website first to learn more about laboratory-grown diamonds

- Search for lab-grown diamonds and add your favorite diamonds to your shopping cart

2) Mounting service (if necessary)

- Select a ring, earring or pendant setting and add it to your shopping cart

- Each setting style must be purchased with diamonds, otherwise the order will be cancelled

3) Complete the transaction by paying online

- Go to the shopping cart to fill in your personal information and complete the order process by credit card/bank transfer/FPS payment

- The customer will receive a confirmation email and we will contact the customer within 24 hours after receiving the payment to verify the order information to ensure the order is successful

- Orders for diamonds only will arrive within 2 weeks. Orders with custom settings will take 4-5 weeks.

- Free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau. Customers will receive a shipping email notification. Customers can also choose to pick up the item in-store.

Method 2: Make an appointment to visit the store for consultation and purchase

1) Make an appointment to visit the store

- If you would like a free professional consultation first, please make an appointment directly at the store

- Most of our staff are GIA certified and can answer your questions about lab-grown diamonds or natural diamonds

2) Mounting service (if necessary)

- Samples of rings, earrings or pendants are available for trial in-store

- A 50% deposit of the total order must be paid before setting

- If the diamonds and the setting are in stock, it will take only 2 working days to complete. If the diamonds and the setting are in stock, it may take 4-8 weeks (depending on the style).
